Contact PayPal Fee Tools: Report a Rate or Ask a Question
Last updated:
Email hello@paypalfeetools.com. That address goes straight to the person who maintains the site. There is no contact form and no account to create.
Reporting a wrong rate
If a number on this site disagrees with what a platform actually charged you, please include:
- the calculator page and the fee type you selected,
- the amount, the fee you were charged and the date of the transaction,
- a link to the platform's fee page if you have one.
Reports like these are how the rounding rule gets verified against real statements. We do not need your account details and will never ask for them.
Suggesting a calculator
Tell us the platform and the country. Calculators are added one at a time and only when we can source the rates from an official page, so some suggestions take longer than others.
Advertising and partnerships
We do not sell links, sponsored rates or placements in the fee tables. Please do not write about those.
